Bodybuilding Fitness Review

For most of my life I was what we used to call "wiry". Lean with both strenght and endurance. During my years as a Marine Grunt the training made me stronger, and greatly increased my endurance, but also keep me lean. That was long ago, and the years have crept up on me, and I had become that pot belly guy I had sworn I would never be.

Then one day I was at a friends house, sitting around watching TV and complaining about being so out of shape, not for the first time. His 22 year old son overheard us talking and said, "Sitting on your asses complaining isn't going to do anything". He had been egg his dad for awhile. Then he challenged us both to go workout with him. I said, "What the hell, let's do it".

That day was the first time I had heard of Jason Ferruggia. That was just 4 short months ago. Since then I have shead both body fat and inches, and sometimes even years, I think. Pants size down from 42 to 38, my arms, legs, and chest all showing muscle tone again. At 59, I know I am as fit as I was in my 40's.

Unlike my friend's son, I am not working on becoming a bulked up bodybuilder. I workout only about 2 hours a week. But Jason's 16 minute fat melting workout, not only burns away fat, it also re-builds muscle. And together with his tips on more nutritious eating, his program has turned my life around.
